Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions
- Adapt communication style to match different customer personalities and pacing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of call center experience (inbound sales or customer service preferred)
- Proven experience handling live customer interactions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tone of voice (calm, clear, confident)
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
Preferred Profile:
- More mature and professional communication style
- Ability to connect naturally with a customer base that includes older demographics
- Strong relationship-building skills
