Act as the supply chain owner across the full program lifecycle (RFQ sourcing launch production)
Establish sourcing decision reviews and track execution through successful program launch
Align sourcing strategies with program milestones, timelines, and business objectives
Monitor project progress, timelines, and escalate risks across cross-functional teams
Own BOM cost management for new product launches and program transfers within SCS
Support supplier benchmarking initiatives, including collaboration with global Johnson Electric sites
Lead and support cross-functional program reviews (SCS, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Logistics)
Serve as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Services within cross-functional teams (CFTs)
Manage material readiness, tooling (if applicable), purchase orders, supplier confirmations, ERP accuracy, and ramp-up planning
Track procurement-related open issues, supplier performance, and readiness status to support launch timelines
Ensure Start of Production (SOP) readiness by identifying and removing bottlenecks
Partner with Supplier Quality Engineering to support supplier approvals
Collaborate with Finance to support supplier payments, invoices, and pre-launch financial requirements
Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on project and launch status
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, with exposure to project/program management
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Familiarity with APQP and program launch processes
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools is an asset
Knowledge of automotive quality standards preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams
Understanding of direct and indirect materials supporting project execution
