This role leads Marketing Communications and Brand Strategy for Mexico and LATAM, translating commercial priorities into high-impact brand, digital, and demand generation initiatives. It defines the content roadmap by channel, oversees budget execution and performance analytics, and drives digital transformation to enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate lead conversion, strengthen value proposition, and support customer retention.
Role responsibilities:
- Demand Generation & Digital Transformation: Manage digital platforms (web, e-commerce, portals, automation, HighSpot), including content, sales plays, and performance analytics.
- Brand: Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives to drive engagement, lead generation, conversion, and sales enablement.
- Commercial Enablement: Develop digital and physical sales tools such as webinars, demos, video selling, email campaigns, and podcasts.
- Lead Management & CRM: Oversee lead nurturing and CRM integration using MS Dynamics 365 and Marketo to ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
- Performance & Budget: Define KPIs, track ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in digital customer acquisition and virtual selling, including sales campaign strategy, planning, execution, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Proficiency (2+ years) with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Desktop publishing skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency (2+ years) with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Intermediate Portuguese (preferred).
- Global business experience with proven ability to collaborate across cultures and execute marketing initiatives internationally, based in Mexico with responsibility for the LATAM region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience managing relationships with agencies and external partners.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking and creative ideation with operational execution and process improvement.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
