The Role
We're seeking a licensed Medical Oncologist with expertise in immuno-oncology to join our team. You'll oversee patient treatment plans incorporating our autologous Dendritic Cell therapy alongside conventional treatments including chemotherapy, checkpoint inhibitors, and adjunctive treatments. The ideal candidate embraces continual learning and communicates effectively with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and scans to approve suitable candidates for immunotherapy
- Evaluate and treat cancer patients using our Dendritic Cell platform, potentially in conjunction with conventional therapies
- Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, checkpoint inhibitors, and other therapeutic agents
- Interpret clinical responses to immunotherapy and adapt treatment strategies accordingly
- Analyze immune system markers and correlate with treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with our research team to improve our Dendritic Cell platform
- Participate in research initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with cancer patients and evolving treatment schedules
- Maintain detailed patient records and treatment outcomes

Qualifications
- MD with specialty certification in Medical Oncology
- Active medical license with authorization to prescribe chemotherapy and cancer therapeutics
- Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience in oncology
- Experience or strong interest in cancer immunotherapy, particularly Dendritic Cell-based approaches
- Understanding of tumor immunology and immunotherapy response patterns
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Cancun, Mexico
- C level English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members

Must-have qualifications:
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Doctor of Medicine degree
- Oncology speciality
- Professional English proficiency
- Comfortable working in an onsite setting

Preferred qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of Oncology experience
- 2+ years of Cancer Immunotherapy experience
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
