The Order Management Specialist I is responsible for providing operational support to the Order Management process, ensuring the accurate entry, validation, and timely follow-up of customer purchase orders.
This is a Level I (Entry-Level) position primarily focused on the execution of operational processes and standardized administrative activities. The individual will be responsible for data entry and validation, updating information in internal systems, order tracking, and record maintenance, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Excel skills and a desire to build a career in the Order Management field.

Enter and process customer purchase orders in internal systems.

Capture, validate, and update customer, product, pricing, and order information.

Review documentation prior to order processing.

Monitor and follow up on order status.

Maintain reports and databases using Microsoft Excel.

Perform data quality and accuracy checks.

Execute operational and administrative activities.

Follow up on internal requests and inquiries.

Escalate discrepancies when appropriate.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Ensure compliance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
