YOUR TASKS

Analyze customer requirements.
-
Carry out tasks within the framework of the configuration management.
-
Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer and other domains (System, Testing) towards the project objectives.

Review and analysis of System/Software Requirements.
-
SW design and SW development that adheres to Automotive SPICE process.
-
SW integration, configuration and testing.
-
Conduct SW Reviews.
-
Static code analysis: QAC execution and findings correction.
-
Customer problem reports analysis and correction.
-
Internal problem reports analysis and correction.
-
Provide mentorship and direction for the team of software engineering professionals.

Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience in embedded automotive software development.
-
Software development in embedded C that adheres to MISRA.
-
Experience working with 16-bit and 32-bit micro-controllers (use of peripherals, memory space definition, etc).

Software configuration and change management
-
Experience in software (module and integration) testing methods and strategies.
-
Strategically focused, impact oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.
-
Proactive & self-driven individual, results oriented with a growth attitude and strong dedication.
-
Good communications and presentation skills, assertiveness.
-
Ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and global teams.

Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Knowledge of Automotive development based on V-Model / ASPICE
-
Experience with static code analysis tools (e.g., QAC or similar)
-
Experience with MKS tools (Source Integrity, Integrity Manager) or similar.

Experience with requirements and change management tools (e.g. DOORS, PTC)
-
Knowledge in Automotive Communication protocols (e.g., CAN)
Domain Expertise (Strong Plus)

Experience in ADAS systems.
-
Knowledge of Radar software development.
-
Exposure to Radar Signal Processing or perception algorithms is highly preferred.
