Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Design and implement optimized plant layouts that maximize productivity, minimize movement times, and comply with safety standards.
Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers. Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor ongoing performance.
Lead operational improvement projects, analyze financial feasibility, monitor execution, and report results.
Design workstations, carts, racks, and shadowboards. Validate designs and ensure they are practical and standardized.
Collect, analyze, and present operational data (hours, absorption, efficiency) in executive reports.
Document operational procedures and key processes using clear and detailed flowcharts. Ensure that the documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and serves as a reference for training and standardization.
Implement technological solutions (RFID, SFX) that increase traceability and efficiency.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial, or a related engineering field.
8+ years of experience in similar positions such as process engineer, maintenance engineer, or similar roles.
Experience in manufacturing, processes, and industrial engineering.
Capacity analysis and production line development & implementation of improvement projects (Playbook).
Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and Power BI (Power Apps).
Experience in cost reduction project execution and documentation.
Experience with KPIs such as operational efficiency, FPY, rework reduction, and standardization compliance.
Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
Knowledge and skills to perform diagnostics in the area of preventive maintenance on production line equipment.
Knowledge of wiring and wiring diagram interpretation.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing. Green Belt Certification preferred.
Advanced English proficiency.
