Program Duration: 18 months
The Food & Beverage Manager in Training (MIT) Program is designed to develop future leaders within the organization through a structured 18-month leadership development journey. During this period, participants will build operational and strategic leadership skills through an immersive learning experience that includes functional rotations, special projects, mentorship, and exposure to different operating styles across Mexico Collection properties.
As part of the program, participants will rotate between Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas and another Mexico Collection property, gaining exposure to diverse operations, culinary concepts, service standards, and organizational cultures. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared to assume a leadership position within the Food & Beverage division.
- Education: Recent graduate or currently completing a Bachelor's degree (with no more than two years since graduation), preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or service-related industries.
- Languages: Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience through professional, academic, or extracurricular activities.
- Mobility: Flexibility to relocate within Mexico if required upon completion of the program.
- Intensive rotational training across key Food & Beverage disciplines.
- Exposure to restaurant, bar, banquet, event, in-room dining, and departmental financial management operations.
- Learning experience across two Mexico Collection properties, providing a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Participation in strategic projects with a tangible impact on guest experience and operational performance.
- One-on-one mentorship with senior Food & Beverage leaders.
- Support from a dedicated “Buddy” throughout the various stages of the program.
- Structured feedback and regular performance evaluations.
- Development of leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Opportunity to be considered for leadership positions within Four Seasons Mexico upon successful completion of the program.
