We are currently looking for an Field Force Trade Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
Lead and manage commercial trade marketing strategies across all channels, including retail partners, developing strategies to achieve sales and channel expansion goals for the company.
What will you do?
- Develop the strategy, control and management of the trade marketing budget.
- Management of promotion agencies.
- Negotiation with retail chains.
- Win exhibition spaces and improve share of shelf.
- Execution of trade marketing campaigns.
- Analysis of commercial KPIs and sell out.
- Management and administration of the Promoter agency.
- Commercial impulse (Sell out) execution point of sale (sales, inventory, exhibitions and visibility by customer).
- Cross-cutting monitoring and leadership with internal and external teams
- Development and distribution of POP and placement tracking.
- Planning, negotiation and execution of different trade shows.
- Planning and coordination of point-of-sale activations to boost sell out.
- Follow-up of communication and correct application of promotions.
- Training and coaching of promoters and customer sales force.
- Align strategy and product knowledge as well as follow-up activities with trainers.
- Manage and coordinate the structure of the promoters and the agency at the national level.
- Administration of the IRMS platform of the promoters at the national level.
- Budget and payroll control, vacancy coverage and coordination of sales incentives.
- Coordinates the execution of sales incentives (Pushmoney).
- Report equipment failures on the floor in the after-sales area.
- Market price mapping.
- Supplier invoice payment process.
- Report of activities on the sales floor and expenses for each quarter for reimbursements (administrative follow-up).
What are we looking for?
- 5+ Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related major.
- Supervisory experience required
- Advanced written and oral English is required.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel), Powe Bi, power point
- Strong leadership and "teamwork" skills.
- Rigorous, results-oriented follow-up, sense of urgency and negotiation skills.
