You will organize and maintain calendars for the assigned partners and associate partners that you will be serving as an assistant. You will also manage all communications including responding to correspondence that does not require the personal attention of the partners.
You will handle telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner; develop a strong ongoing rapport with other assistants from the region supporting other consultants (within and outside of Latin America). You will also provide a range of administrative support (e.g. travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration) to effectively provide leverage to the firm. Also, when needed, you will support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences, and off-site meetings. You may also need to work with other assistants to ensure back-up coverage.
You will be based in Mexico City, Mexico as part of our administrative team working closely with consultants and internal departments at all levels of the organization, assisting partners directly with their agendas, and travel arrangements.
