Establish, plan, and control the annual Operations goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with Quality systems and specific customer requirements.
Continuously evaluate and monitor the Plant’s production forecast and results to ensure efficiency and adherence to established targets.
Ensure on-time delivery by meeting production schedules and coordinating Master Production Schedule meetings.
Conduct and coordinate management reviews during Operations meetings.
Include follow-up on action plans and continuous improvement projects in management reviews.
Promote and ensure cleanliness, order, and discipline within the Plant.
Prepare activity reports for Plant Management and Operations leadership.
Promote integration and teamwork among direct reports and all employees.
Ensure completion of performance evaluations for personnel under supervision.
Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with efficiency walks (Gemba walks).
