Role Overview:
The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) plays a key role in assisting the recruiting team in attracting and engaging top talent across LATAM. This position supports the full recruitment lifecycle through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and partnership with hiring teams. Leveraging modern recruiting technologies, including AI-powered sourcing tools, the Associate TAP helps build pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to Genesys' growth by connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Understanding of recruitment fundamentals, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent attraction.

Ability to build and nurture pipelines across sales and technical roles

Develop personalized messaging strategies that attract candidates to Genesys

Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools such as Findem.AI to identify and engage talent in Mexico and other LATAM markets

Partner with the talent team, hiring managers and HR Business Partners on hiring activity

Ensure job postings are precise, compelling, inclusive, and aligned with Genesys’ brand and hiring standards

Stay current on market trends

Support LATAM Talent Team with sourcing/scheduling assistance

Maintain accuracy and compliance in Workday ATS throughout the hiring process

Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, especially through social media and content engagement

Actively contribute to team projects that enhance recruitment innovation and operational excellence
Requirements

Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus)

Ability to work in a hybrid model (Must be in Mexico City Office 2 days per week)

Experience sourcing and utilizing AI tools is plus

Ability to work with hiring teams across multiple countries, talent segments and time

Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of equivalent relevant experience.
