Job Responsibilities
* Development and digitization intern (maintenance),
Actively participate in the launch of the SAP PM Plus module and in the integration of new applications to digitize maintenance area processes,
* Assist senior maintenance technicians with routine preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery, including inspections, lubrication, and basic adjustments.
* Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions under supervision, applying established procedures.
* Support the repair and replacement of faulty components, adhering to safety protocols and technical specifications.
* Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and repair times.
* Adhere to all company safety regulations, procedures, and environmental policies.
* Learn to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying potential areas for efficiency gains in maintenance processes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
