What You Will Do
- Local Expert & Product Launch: Act as the local expert on Robotic Surgery products, providing comprehensive support during the MAKO launch both inside and outside the operating room.
- Clinical Education & Training:
- Deliver training, continuous service, and education for clients, ensuring high-level clinical support and product guidance for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support clinical education and training in Stryker Mexico, including training Mako Product Specialists, surgeons, hospital staff, and Stryker colleagues.
- Lead and support clinical education programs, such as surgeon training sessions, workshops, cadaveric labs, and certification activities.
- OR Support & Preoperative Planning:
- Train and educate surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital teams on the use of the Mako system, accessories, and implants, ensuring alignment with released surgical techniques.
- Support preoperative planning activities, including the review of imaging studies (e.g., CT scans), surgical planning workflows, and case preparation.
- Commercial Collaboration & Compliance:
- Partner closely with sales, distributors, and internal teams to coordinate surgical logistics, equipment readiness, and on‑site procedural support.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance standards (including the Code of Conduct and ethical guidelines).
What You Need
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, or a related clinical or technical discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospital or surgical environments.
- Hands‑on experience supporting surgical procedures in the operating room, including interaction with and guidance of surgeons and clinical staff.
- Proven experience delivering clinical training or product support to healthcare professionals.
- Languages: Advanced English (C1 level).
- Mobility: Availability to travel domestically and internationally; valid passport and visa.
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in roles involving:
- Operating room support.
- Surgical navigation or robotic‑assisted systems.
- Orthopedics or other surgical specialties.

Sueldo: $7,974.17 - $14,909.04 al mes
