Experience and Education
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
- 50% English proficiency
- Knowledge in manufacturing / assembly processes
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D’s)
- Leadership

- Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Respect and comply with safety policies.
- Meet safety metrics: 0 accidents, 5 OPS’s per week.
- Participate and/or lead Safety gembas.
- Participate and/or lead process improvements / Workshops / new model phases.
- Participate and/or lead quality problem-solving meetings.
- Meet Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
- Rigorous execution of established processes (line balancing, tools, Andon, etc.), and avoid line stoppages, adhere to the production plan.
Any other activity assigned by the supervisor. Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
- Comply with safety rules determined according to their function.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any issues regarding quality and compliance and support corrective actions.
