Position: Finance Operations Specialist Jr. (On-site – Guadalajara)
Client Overview
Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in testing, inspection, calibration, certification, and life sciences support services, is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist Jr. to support B2B clients by managing payment-related support requests and ensuring efficient ticket resolution. The company focuses on delivering high-quality service, operational excellence, and accurate financial transaction support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incoming support tickets from B2B clients.
- Investigate and troubleshoot credit card payment issues such as transaction failures, chargebacks, gateway errors, and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Provide technical support related to payment systems and transaction flows.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and client communications.
- Track ticket metrics, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding new B2B clients and provide training on ticketing and payment processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client problem resolution.
Must-Have Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Ticket System Analyst, Technical Support, or similar role.
- Experience supporting B2B clients.
- Hands-on experience with credit card payment processing systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using ticketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of secure payment practices.
