Responsabilidades:
The Sourcing/Purchasing Specialist position is a key role within our strategic plan for the LIXIL Indirect Procurement organization. This role is specifically responsible for leading and executing the sourcing strategy for the Marketing category across the Americas region (USA, Canada, and Mexico), while also managing key Indirect Business Services categories (such as Logistics, Finance, and HR) exclusively for Mexico. The position operates under a hybrid work model based in Mexico. An enthusiastic self-starter with strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multi-tasking skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels, facilitating and managing RFP processes, maintaining supplier relationships, managing project schedules, negotiating agreements and collaborating with internal organizations. In addition, this position must possess strong analytical skills and associated technical skills to analyze spend trends and opportunities for savings.
Requisitios:
- Knowledge of procurement processes across a broad spectrum of indirect procurement products and services.
- Demonstrated, strong procurement experience specifically managing the Marketing category. Additional solid experience in Logistics, Finance, HR, and/or IT categories is required.

Experience using the ARIBA modules (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P and SLP) a plus. Experience working with SAP S4/Hana is highly desired

Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior management.

Skilled in both verbal and written communication.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and on own initiative.

Self-starter with excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills as well as t with the ability to provide quick responses to changes in customer needs.

Able to build and maintain strong supplier and internal customer relationships.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
At least five years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supplier Management with proven ownership of Marketing and Corporate Service categories.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Hybrid Model: Ability to commute to designated local offices/plants (Santa Clara, Tlaxcala, Aguascalientes, or Nuevo Leon) multiple times a week.
- Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish (Mandatory).
