Customer Service
- Prepare and manage international freight quotations under Incoterms including DAP, DDP, EXW, FOB, CIP, CPT, CIF, CFR
- Coordinate and secure bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics providers.
- Provide proactive customer support through email and phone, ensuring timely updates on shipment status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by responding to inquiries and resolving service issues.
Import Operations
- Open and manage import files from shipment initiation through final delivery.
- Monitor shipments using track & trace systems to ensure on-time movement and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate deliveries with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
- Maintain daily communication with origin agents to ensure accurate documentation and shipment coordination.
- Review and approve supplier and agent invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare operational and financial reports, including WIP (Work in Progress), accruals, and file status reports.
- Ensure accurate billing and timely invoicing of customers.
- Maintain organized shipment records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
