The Opportunity
As we grow our in-house development team, we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join us full-time, on-site. This is a great fit for someone who loves building and refining real digital products, and who's keen to collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and internal teams to deliver polished web solutions that make a genuine business impact.
The Role
You'll be hands-on across our websites and internal tools, with day-to-day responsibilities including:
- Building, maintaining, and enhancing our company websites and internal web projects
- Developing and customising WordPress sites — themes, layouts, plugins, performance, and integrations
- Writing clean, efficient code across both front-end and back-end
- Diagnosing and resolving website or application issues
- Partnering with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Keeping stakeholders updated and supporting smooth testing and rollout processes
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and PHP
- Confidence working independently to troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues
- Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts
- Clear, collaborative communication style
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Bonus points for experience with Zapier or API integrations
- Full Australian working rights required
