Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain content intelligence applications that apply diffusion models for automated content generation and analysis

Implement and refine harnesses and pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying models using platforms such as Firefly
-
Create intelligent agents and agentic workflows that automate and streamline content-focused tasks

Architect and roll out MCPs to support scalable and modular content processing
-
Develop and sustain evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of models and agents
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content intelligence capabilities into broader product ecosystems

Track the latest advances in generative AI, diffusion models, and content intelligence technologies
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong Python skills and a track record of building and deploying ML models

Hands-on experience with generative AI, especially diffusion models (such as Stable Diffusion, Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models)

Solid background in content generation and analysis techniques, including NLP and computer vision
-
Practical expertise with agent frameworks and building agentic workflows (such as LangChain, OpenAI Agents, custom agent architectures)

Proven ability to create and sustain evaluation frameworks for AI models

Experience with orchestration tools and harnesses for model training and deployment (such as Firefly, MLflow, Kubeflow)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and clear documentation

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI deployment
