Objective:
Be the first point of contact for domestic and international customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience that drives sales and builds customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluent conversational English (mandatory)
- Flexible schedule availability
- Preferably a completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree
- Sales experience
- Passion for customer service
- Proactive attitude

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter
- Provide information about our car rental services
- Confirm reservations
- Explain payment methods
- Collect necessary information for rental contracts
