Our Exciting Opportunity.
Join us as a Service Support Specialist, a starter position to be responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities that requires Dispatch and Logistics Skills to ensure that services provided to Operators’ customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement performance levels. You will also be responsible for receiving work orders from the Operator's Customer Care Center or Customer NOCs resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer.

Customer order handling Ericsson System Intakes.- Service Desk Processes.
- Field Operations Dispatch Processes.
- Service Operations Activities.
- Proactive Customer services.
You will bring:

Fresh graduates from University with interest in support.

Good English communication skills.

Ideally to have Service Desk or Customer Service experience.

Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.

Team work skills.

Follow instructions & procedures.

Excel Intermediate skills.

Able to turn shifts every 4 months and work on weekends.
