Full Stack Developer Lead (.NET + React + Azure) – Remote México
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer Lead with strong experience in .NET, ReactJS, Azure, and SharePoint Online to join a growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both frontend and backend development, building scalable cloud-based solutions, and leading technical teams.
Location - Remote – Mexico
Salary - Up to $80,000 MXN gross/month
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Strong experience with:
- .NET
- ReactJS
- Microsoft Azure
- SharePoint Online
- Experience working on both frontend and backend code
- Solid understanding of API development and integrations
- Experience with cloud deployments and environment management
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support development teams in technical initiatives
- Design and implement end-to-end features
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications
- Build and consume REST APIs
- Handle data access and persistence
- Support cloud deployment processes and environments
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews
