We're looking for a Project Manager to join a premium handmade leather goods brand and help position it as a leader in the luxury event gifting space. This role is the connective tissue between clients, field sales representatives, design, and production. You will manage a pipeline of custom gifting orders from initial brief through final delivery, keeping everything on track and on brand.
This role is built for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and energized by startup culture and the accountability that comes with owning outcomes end to end. You will work directly with external clients and internal teams, and your ability to communicate clearly and proactively will determine how smoothly every project lands.

What You'll Work On
Client and Order Management

Serve as the main point of contact for multiple active projects activated through the field sales team or direct clients

Manage external client communication from initial mock-ups and approvals through final delivery

Maintain a detailed project tracker across a large pipeline of concurrent orders

Ensure every project is delivered to spec and within agreed-upon deadlines
Production Coordination

Act as the internal point of contact for manufacturers throughout the production process

Build and manage production timelines across multiple projects simultaneously

Flag risks, delays, or spec issues early and resolve them before they reach the client

Coordinate handoffs between design, production, and shipping teams cleanly
Process and Product Development

Recommend improvements to project management workflows to increase efficiency and output quality

Ideate around new gifting product types that serve the brand's target customers

Act as a brand ambassador for the quality offerings and customization capabilities
What You Bring

2+ years of experience managing a pipeline of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with a solutions-oriented mindset: you see around corners and get ahead of problems before they escalate

Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint

Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar

Comfortable jumping in on emails or calls on weekends in rare cases when needed

Passion for fashion, accessories, or luxury goods with an eye for quality and design
Nice to Have

Experience in a client-facing creative support or project management role
