WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Join a focused team and participate in building, implementation, maintenance, and support of our data excellence and process improvement program to make better, more informed decisions
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer and item master data within J.D. Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and item master data by enforcing and implementing data quality standards
- Facilitate multi-functional customer and item data set-up activities ensuring data creation and management meets all applicable business process achievements
- Host regular meetings to review setup progress, address any issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Work closely with various groups, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance and supply chain, to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data-related issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer and item master data management processes and procedures
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology or similar.
- 2+ years of experience working data administration or information management, and data quality standards and processes.
- Advanced English.
- Demonstrable experience in data management, preferably within J.D. Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.
- Good attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Products required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
