Job Purpose:
To ensure the compliance of incoming parts to specification. Follow up to Reported Supplier Issues from Customer or Production Floor.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier claims (QR) Creation and Follow up
- Support directly to production floor about internal supplier quality notification
- QPS and Visual Aids Creation and Maintenance
- Sorting and Containment Actions from Supplier follow up
- Supplier Representatives visits support
- Follow up to disposition of material on Hold
- RMA and Return to Vendor Follow up
Supplier’s Site Visits
