COCLISA is seeking a highly motivated Material Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability, supporting production requirements, and maintaining inventory accuracy while working closely with multiple departments.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- SAP experience is required.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and CTPAT requirements to support internal and external audits.
- Understanding of planning and execution of operational processes and procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret production schedules.
- Experience monitoring purchased parts and supplier follow-up.
- Experience analyzing cycle count variances and inventory discrepancies.
- Knowledge of inventory obsolescence, engineering changes (ECN/ECO), and new product launches.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles.
- APICS knowledge, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning), is highly preferred.
- English proficiency of 70% or higher (written and verbal).
