Coverage during travel or absences; commercial representation in cross-functional internal meetings; coordination of meetings and validation of won/lost projects.
Customer forecasting to demand planners; interaction with GIO teams; commercial contact for inquiries and NPI support; and support to MDM, ensuring data integrity.
Creation of new customers in collaboration with Customer Care and management of changes in information that impact the commercial team and/or customers.
