ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational execution, sales performance, and accountability across active TEL-CO sales programs. This position is designed for proven leaders who consistently deliver results, enforce standards, and operate with urgency, discipline, and ownership.
This role carries full accountability for operational outcomes, including supervisor effectiveness, frontline execution, KPI performance, and overall campaign success. The Operations Manager is expected to maintain a strong and visible floor presence, actively leading from the front while ensuring operational standards are executed consistently and without compromise.
Success in this position requires strong business acumen, decisive leadership, and the ability to identify and correct performance gaps quickly in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Candidates must already possess the maturity, judgment, and operational control required to lead independently and drive results without constant oversight.
This is not a developmental position. We are looking for leaders who already operate at a high level, hold themselves and others accountable, and understand that performance is measured by execution and outcomes—not effort or intent.
You are expected to bring urgency to every aspect of the operation, convert data into action, and deliver measurable improvements consistently. Missed targets require immediate recovery plans, operational adjustments, and accountability at all levels. Continuous improvement is not optional—it is the standard.
