You are a DevSecOps engineer with strong expertise in Terraform, Microsoft Azure, and Kubernetes. You are passionate about building secure, scalable, and automated cloud platforms that enable engineering teams to deliver reliably and efficiently.
You combine infrastructure engineering, cloud automation, platform security, and operational excellence with an evolving focus on AI-assisted engineering and future system specification-driven delivery models.
You think in systems, automate wherever possible, and help define secure engineering guardrails across the full software lifecycle.

The CorSo Accident and Health team is building innovative, cloud-native insurance technology platforms designed for the future.

Responsibilities
Cloud Platform Engineering

Design, build, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure

Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

Build and operate Kubernetes platforms and container orchestration environments

Design reusable infrastructure modules and deployment patterns
Security & Compliance
-
Implement cloud security best practices and secure-by-default infrastructure patterns
-
Design and manage identity, authentication, and authorization controls
-
Implement secrets management, policy enforcement, and runtime security controls
-
Support vulnerability management, auditability, and compliance initiatives
Automation & Operations
-
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational observability solutions

Support incident response, diagnostics, and platform reliability initiatives

Improve developer experience through automation and platform tooling
AI-Assisted Engineering (Emerging)

Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate infrastructure engineering and operational workflows

Validate AI-generated infrastructure configurations and automation artifacts

Contribute to machine-readable infrastructure specifications and deterministic deployment patterns

Help define engineering guardrails and validation-first operational models

Support the evolution toward agentic engineering and autonomous operational capabilities
Technical Collaboration

Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and security teams

Participate in platform architecture and technical design discussions

Contribute to engineering standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Mentor teams on cloud-native and secure engineering practices
Required Experience & Capabilities

5–10+ years of infrastructure, cloud, or DevSecOps engineering experience

Strong Terraform experience Deep Azure cloud platform knowledge Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise

Experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation

Experience implementing cloud security and identity solutions

Strong Linux and networking fundamentals

Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling

Strong troubleshooting and operational support capabilities
