Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Contracting & Construction Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance and renovation projects across multiple multifamily communities.
This position combines client relationship management, project coordination, maintenance operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating schedules, managing materials, tracking project progress, ensuring proper documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Successful candidates are strong communicators who can effectively manage multiple projects, build lasting relationships with property managers and clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.
Previous experience in Property Management, Multifamily Renovations, Construction Coordination, or Maintenance Operations is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and renovation projects from start to completion.
- Supervise technicians and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate technician schedules, appointments, and daily assignments.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate materials, supplies, and vendor requirements needed for each project.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
Documentation & Quality Control
- Collect and organize photos, videos, invoices, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and project updates.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and reported.
- Review technician reports and project evidence for quality assurance.
Client & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, clients, tenants, vendors, and technicians.
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve issues and coordinate solutions efficiently.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and management companies.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and project expansion.
- Assist with proposals, estimates, and project scope discussions.
- Support company growth through excellent client retention and service delivery.
QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 2-3 years of Property Management experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience in multifamily renovations, maintenance coordination, construction management, or related fields is highly preferred.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of property management operations.
- Familiarity with maintenance processes, renovations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance best practices is a plus.
Skills

Technical Requirements
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Language Requirements
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
- Little to no accent preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- College degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
