Maintenance Management

Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.

Supervise corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.

Track and improve KPIs including MTTR and MTTF.

Establish maintenance standards for MRO and machine shop areas.

Lead the maintenance team (technicians, engineers, supervisors).
Continuous Improvement

Lead initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.

Use root cause analysis, 5 Whys, PDCA, and other problem-solving tools.
Project Management
-
Define scope, budget, timeline, and resources.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Budget & Cost Control
-
Manage the annual maintenance budget.

Optimize spending on spare parts, external services, and training.
-
Approve purchase requisitions and track expenses.
Team Leadership
-
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate performance of direct reports (Maintenance Superintendent, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor).

Propose salary adjustments and HR actions in coordination with HR.

Identify training needs and build team capabilities.
Compliance & Documentation

Maintain records of maintenance activities and training logs.

Ensure all maintenance procedures are documented and followed.

Prepare reports for plant management.
