Ad Tech / Ad Manager (Google & Meta Ads), Part-Time or Full-Time, Mexico
We're looking for a highly skilled Ad Manager to run and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role works closely with our marketing, creative, and tech teams. Your job is to be the expert in your area (ad platforms, tracking, and performance) while partnering with the team on overall strategy, so campaigns are informed by both platform expertise and broader marketing goals.
Pay
$800 USD per month - Full Time
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot tracking/attribution issues, and optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversions
- Work with pixels, conversion events, and audience/interest targeting
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaign strategy, and with the tech team on tracking and site implementation
- Report on campaign performance and recommend budget/strategy adjustments
What You Need
- Strong, demonstrable proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager and GA4 (and related tracking/analytics tools)
- Experience troubleshooting pixel/conversion tracking issues
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and communicating clearly on performance and strategy
Schedule
Full time: 8am PST - 6pm PST
Part time: Within the above hours

Pay: $10,468.46 - $13,957.70 per month
