The Regional Production Director, based in Mexico City, is a highly effective and hands-on leader responsible for the day-to-day delivery of client work and the management of the Mexico production team. This role plays a critical part in ICP’s Content Studios Senior Leadership Team — supporting business growth and ensuring delivery excellence — while remaining personally and consistently involved in the delivery of key client projects.
This is a delivery-led leadership role. The successful candidate will lead from the front, setting the production standard through their own output, and will be comfortable being pulled into live project delivery at short notice.
The role is both client-facing and operational, blending strong project management expertise, people leadership, and personal production execution. It requires efficiently managing and developing the Mexico-based PM team in the office, ensuring the team follows ICP’s processes and standards consistently, collaborating with global partners and stakeholders, and personally delivering high-quality work for selected key accounts.
This role is based in Mexico City and requires working from the ICP office a minimum of two days per week to lead, coach, and stay closely connected to the Mexico PM team. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as the role involves daily communication with global stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership based outside Mexico.
