Job Summary
The Trainee Proyectos will support project management activities within Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV, gaining practical experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Support the coordination of project tasks and resources across various departments.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Learn and apply Valeo's project management methodologies and tools.
- Support the implementation of new processes and improvements within projects.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
