Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
Maintains a close communication with the support departments, clients and co-workers.
Performs requisitions of the office supplies used by the unit, as well as maintains inventory.
Presents continuous improvement proposals.
Execute the volume and mix report.
Execute the delivery results report as well as detractors.
Helps generating or updating work orders.
Participates in planning activities as required per the needs of the planner.
Education and Experience:
Completed High school or Equivalent preferably.
At least 1 year working in Productos para el Cuidado de la Salud S. A. de C.V., preferably.
Computation (Word – Excel – Power Point).
Internal promotion that meets with the profile.
Knowledge and Skills:
High School Level.
Initiative.
Participation.
Involved.
Providing of ideas to improve the management system.
Continuous learning.
Computer skills.
Customer focus.
Language Skills: Beginner
