What makes you an ideal candidate?
Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Finance, Actuary, Economics or related is a must
At least 5 years’ experience in insurance markets in Mexico (insurance company or broker), preferably knowledge in massive markets or international markets
Knowledge in insurance products such as Motor, GAP, Credit Life and Extended Warranty
Experience within the Automotive, Banking or Financial Sector or as a related third party with related products.
Experience placing insurance through third parties (preferred)
Experience in leading and developing teams
Fluent English Skills (Will be evaluated during interviews)
Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Proficient Technology Skills including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Solid understanding of the insurance legal and regulatory frameworks
Navigating through ambiguity where there is no predefined path and strategy development is key
Change Agent, Challenge status quo and business as usual / disruptive mindset with a purpose
Innovation. New business development, seek for incremental revenue streams and business model
Commercial understanding of the business, i.e., business drivers, market forces, etc.
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
