POSITION OBJECTIVE
Manage the design, documentation and continuous improvement of HR global process documentation by drafting, formatting and managing the lifecycle of, Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI) and related materials . This role ensures compliance with documentation standards, analyzes current practices, version control, and audit requirements, while gathering process information, current practices, mapping workflows and translating them into clear procedures. The analyst also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, embedding key controls, supporting stakeholder collaboration, escalating the automation request to the HR Tech team, supporting training efforts and systematic updates within the project tracking system (Jira) and document repository.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Assist in drafting and formatting and updating HR processes documentation, including Policies, SOPs and WIs.
Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities using data collection, root cause analysis, and stakeholder input.
Participate in HR efficiency or standardization projects. (including training to participants)
Ensure adherence to established standards for naming conventions, document versioning, formatting and lifecycle management.
Maintain version control, change logs, and ensure timely periodic reviews of documentation.
Maintain the HR document repository and ensure all documents remain accurate, current and accessible. .
Conduct quality checks to verify clarity, consistency and completeness of documentation.
Support the collection of process information from internal stakeholders for document updates and document creation.
Create and update process flowcharts to support written documentation.
Track and follow up on document review and approval workflows.
Update in project management system (Jira) the tasks status and following Agile methodology.
Identify gaps between documented and actual processes and propose improvements.
Provide guidance to users on templates, standards and documentation requirements.
Manage and organize with the audit team in the HR annual audit
Be the backup of the Process Operation Coordinator.
Be responsible for managing global Process Operations training for sharing our methodology, services and team support.
Support and collaborate with the Data Governance Office to implement best practices in data governance.
Be the reference for good data governance for HR (data classification, Data Definition, data quality, data lifecycle, etc.).
Be the facilitator for data-related issues within HR.
Support business analysts in designing and presenting concrete solutions related to business needs while ensuring data quality and implementing the right controls to ensure data reliability

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in: Administration, Engineering or similar.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
3 Years in: Documentation management (ISO) /Continuous Improvement Role
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or German is an advantage.
