Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deploy global Sauces & Dressings projects into regions, ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, manufacturability and speed to the market.
- Leads/supports multiple global and regional projects simultaneously including technical workstreams, without direct people management responsibility.
- Works closely with regional category Managers to leverage regional expertise and support development of global best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Global Principal Scientist to support proactive and breakthrough innovative initiatives.
- Support projects from ideation through commercialization, including scale-up and plant trials.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement new ingredients, technologies, and processing approaches that deliver competitive advantage.
- Engage with suppliers and external ecosystems to identify and validate new raw materials and technologies.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in food product development
Strong, demonstrated experience in sauces and dressings formulation and processing.
Solid understanding of ingredient functionality (emulsifiers, stabilizers, acids, flavors, preservatives)
Experience with industrialization and scale-up of liquid or semi-liquid food systems
Working knowledge of nutrition principles and regulatory frameworks
Experience supporting global or multi-regional projects preferred.
