We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team supporting the Rollers and Multitech Assembly lines. This role is responsible for ensuring that products meet customer requirements, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a hands-on, onsite role that combines shop floor involvement with engineering and administrative responsibilities.

You will perform multiple production floor and engineering activities, following established guidelines and policies, including:
- Define, update, and implement manufacturing processes .
- Develop and maintain process documentation such as:
- Process flow charts
- AMEF (PFMEA)
- Visual aids
- Work instructions (as controlled documents)
- Design and implement poka-yokes, fixtures, and tools for assembly lines, considering ergonomics and operator safety .
- Analyze assembly line capacity to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Define and manage manufacturing routings , providing data to be uploaded into SAP.
- Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) projects , focused on KPI optimization.
- Follow up on CAPA activities , ensuring timely closure.
- Update assembly layouts based on production changes.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and procedures .
- Partner with Indirect Purchasing for quotations, expense tracking, and PO follow-ups.
- Identify and document design issues , proposing and implementing improvements on the production floor.
- Participate in scheduled training programs .
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in PLC programming (basic to intermediate level) :
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles .
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings .
- Solid understanding of electrical concepts .
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in production environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (required) .
- Availability to work onsite (full-time) .
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
