- Must reside and work in Guadalajara
- C2-level English fluency required— all communication is in English
- Prior experience managing or leading a delivery team is required
About the Role
Lead Inviso's Guadalajara Solution Assessment hub — a team delivering assessments for Microsoft end-customers across cloud, security, and AI transformation. You'll own the hub's delivery quality, capacity, and growth: coaching and developing your team, managing pipeline and innovations, and serving as the point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders across Field and Corp roles. Your focus is leading people and orchestrating delivery, with enough technical fluency to guide your consultants and set direction.
Eligibility
- Based in the Guadalajara area (hybrid, 3 days in-office delivery)
- C2-level English fluency — all communication is in English
- Must be able to onboard as a Microsoft Outsourced vendor (v-dash) without 6-mo break)
- Prior experience managing or leading a delivery team
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Assessment consultants — set goals, run 1:1s, manage performance, and grow technical and consulting skills across the hub.
- Own the hub's delivery throughput and quality — allocate consultants across concurrent engagements, balance capacity and utilization, and uphold consistent standards from tooling setup through executive reporting.
- Manage the engagement pipeline, set expectations, planning and escalations.
- Set quality standards and methodology for the team, mentor consultants, and ensure escalations across Azure, Security, and Copilot engagements are resolved — staying close enough to the work to guide decisions.
- Build the hub's Copilot & AI enablement capability — guide the team on scenario-discovery workshops, business-value quantification, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent adoption, leaving customers with a defensible AI roadmap from pilot through scale.
- Collaborate across Inviso's broader Solution Assessment program and global hubs — share methodology, tooling, and best practices, align on standards, and partner with other hub leads to balance capacity and deliver consistently worldwide.
- Report on hub performance to Inviso leadership and Microsoft stakeholders, drive continuous improvement in methodology and tooling, and present to CXO and technical audiences on flagship engagements.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in technical consulting, pre-sales, or solution delivery
- 2+ years leading or managing a technical delivery, consulting, or pre-sales team
- Background within the Microsoft ecosystem (FTE, vendor, or partner) sufficient to manage regional stakeholder relationships, independently manage a program, and guide delivery
- Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Security
- C2 English; proven ability to present to both CXO and technical audiences
- Demonstrated people-leadership skills — coaching, performance management, and developing consultants
- Strong portfolio and capacity management across concurrent engagements, with attention to detail and Excel proficiency
- Hiring authority within a defined headcount budget - able to source, evaluate, and make decisions on consultant additions/backfills independently (note some consultants already in role, with growth expected, total to be determined but expected in the 10-15 range)
Helpful Skills:
- Familiarity with migration strategies (rehost, refactor, rearchitect, TCO) and security frameworks (Zero Trust, CIS)
- Exposure to the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or similar methodologies
- Cloud migration, modernization, or security transformation experience
- Hands-on with assessment/migration tools: Dr Migrate, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cloudamize, Movere, AppCAT, or Block64
- AI/Copilot or automation experience in a delivery context
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V); Oracle or RHEL admin a plus
- Certifications: AZ-900, SC-900, MS-900, AI-900, AB-900
