Indirect Buyer
Manage sourcing operational activities for USA and NTI areas (for Marketing, HR, MRO and capex), in line with Group strategy, financial, quality and delivery targets. Manage suppliers to ensure timely projects execution and effective contract negotiations. Assure compliance, business continuity, high standards and competitive costs.
Activities:
- Manage suppliers relationships
- Support Group procurement strategy and contracts negotiations
- Manage local contracts negotiation
- Manage order processing (P2P in line with Group procedures) and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collect and analyse supplier performances reports (costs, quality and delivery aspects)
- Identify operational / financial risks and develop mitigation plans
- Execute cost reduction projects
