Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Internal Sales Intern to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
The engineering intern aims to provide support to the sales and engineering area to satisfy customers with a quick response, which includes the administration of the services and processes of the commercial office in Mexico City.
What you’ll be doing

Manage services related to the correct operational functioning of the Mexico City office.
Administration of demonstration equipment in the Mexico City office. Your responsibility will be to have control of the immediate disposition of the demo equipment.
Administration and control of entry and exit of suppliers from the Mexico City office.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, engineering, customer service, purchasing, production, shipping and accounting for seamless customer order management.
Frequent telephone and written contact with customers, sales team, and factory personnel, and occasional field visits to customers for the purpose of making presentations, assessing applications, educating on our value proposition, or troubleshooting.
Preparation quotations for custom products, and offering pre-sales application engineering guidance for all WMFTS product selection.
Control documentation related to ISO 9001 processes in the Mexico City office.
Utilize experience to assist in department level continual improvement projects as required.
This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role
Advanced student in chemical, mechanical or electronic engineering.
Team oriented, well organized and detail oriented.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal and external resources.
Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
Functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
