We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Specialist to manage the
scheduling and execution of service work orders. This role is responsible for ensuring jobs
are efficiently assigned, technicians are fully prepared, and work orders move through the
pipeline without delays.
The Dispatch Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating between partners, internal
teams, and field technicians to drive productivity, maximize technician utilization, and
support revenue flow.
