Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and support QA automation solutions and testing workflows across the software delivery lifecycle

Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to increase productivity, testing efficiency, and delivery quality

Participate in production support activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution when required

Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure software quality and reliability

Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing integration within delivery workflows

Champion adoption of modern AI-assisted engineering practices across teams

Navigate ambiguous or evolving environments by identifying gaps early and proposing practical solutions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes, automation, and engineering excellence

Requirements

Proven track record of 7+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, software testing, or support engineering

Solid background in delivering software into production environments with an understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle

Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering activities

Strong knowledge of QA fundamentals, testing strategies, and production-ready software practices

Working understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools)

Ability to work independently and keep momentum in environments with evolving requirements
