The Quality Manager in Projects is responsible for leading the management and resolution of Non-Conformities (NCRs) and their respective costs (NCCs), applying quality methodologies from root cause analysis to field containment actions and validation of plans to mitigate impacts on projects and prevent recurrence. In addition to working in partnership with Supplier Quality for supplier deviations, the professional validates internal audits of products and services (PQI/MQI), automates processes, and manages quality KPIs to ensure continuous improvement. Acts as the Quality PM in projects, promoting integration between areas, mitigation of operational risks, maintaining an analytical perspective to improve results and the product, delivering training, and supporting digital development and routines of the area. Requires a highly analytical, critical profile focused on problem management and resolution.

Problem Solving and Deviations: Leads the investigation of non-conformities, identifying root causes and managing the implementation of corrective and containment actions.

Quality Culture and Suppliers: Promotes training and campaigns to engage the team, as well as supporting the management and evaluation of contractors.

KPIs and Decision-Making Support: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and providing clear reports that give visibility into performance, risks, and costs associated with poor quality, supporting management and strategic decision-making.

Continuous Improvement and Risk Mitigation: Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle, promoting structured actions and governance initiatives that increase operational efficiency, reduce failures, and elevate the level of services and processes.

Audit Management: Plans and execute audits and field inspections to ensure adherence to rules, contracts, and the Quality Plan.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Practical experience in quality management in project and/or service environments
-
Advanced English.

Proven ability to apply quality tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk-based thinking.

Availability for national and international travel up to 10–15% of working time.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate will be considered a plus).
