Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in English Language Teaching, Secondary Education, Education, or a related field.
✔ Professional Degree and Teaching License (Título y Cédula Profesional) required.
✔ Knowledge of SEP curriculum; familiarity with IGCSE and IB programs is highly desirable.
✔ Previous experience teaching English at the middle school level.
✔ Strong understanding of instructional strategies for multicultural classrooms and students with varying English proficiency levels.
✔ Experience working with students from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.
✔ Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
Candidates without a degree directly related to English Language Teaching must hold one or more of the following certifications:
✔ Teacher's Course (minimum 180 hours).
✔ TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) Modules 1, 2, and 3 with Band 3 or 4.
✔ CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons for middle school students.
- Assess and monitor students' academic and language development.
- Implement differentiated instructional strategies according to students' language proficiency levels.

- Collaborate with colleagues to support students' academic and personal growth.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and school initiatives.
