As our e-Commerce Specialist, you’ll strengthen Davines’ digital presence by managing our e-commerce channels and executing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, create meaningful customer experiences, and foster strong digital relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement the annual digital marketing and e-commerce strategy to drive growth, profitability, website traffic, and online sales.
- Manage the end-to-end operation of e-commerce channels (website and Amazon), ensuring an efficient shopping experience, the achievement of commercial objectives, and the smooth execution of daily operations.
- Manage and optimize the product catalog, Product Detail Pages (PDPs), visual content, and graphic assets by creating digital artwork for campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials, while ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards across all digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and retail media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Amazon Ads, and Amazon DSP) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the conversion funnel and analyze traffic, sales, conversion, profitability (P&L), and KPI performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Legal, external agencies, and digital platform teams to ensure the efficient operation of e-commerce channels, including inventory management, replenishment, shipping, returns, invoicing, reconciliations, and administrative processes.
- Monitor marketplaces and other online sales channels to identify pricing, content, or distribution policy violations, coordinating the appropriate actions with the Legal team.
- Manage customer inquiries related to the online store and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing and post-purchase journey.
- Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Prepare and analyze the monthly P&L.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, preferably Amazon and Mercado Libre.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe, and Product Information Management (PIM) systems (e.g., Salsify).
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, branding, social media, SEO, SEM, and retail media.
- Strong knowledge of digital content management, web analytics, SEO best practices, keyword research, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign performance and profitability, and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and other reporting and design tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
