We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team.
You will work as a trusted communications advisor to Senior Business Leaders, translating business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, organizational change, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Apply strong business acumen to quickly understand organizational priorities and align communications with them

Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders on communication matters

Lead strategic communications planning and provide consulting to internal leaders

Design and deliver change management and transformation communications to support organizational shifts

Demonstrate executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix organizations

Shape and evolve communications strategies in response to changing business needs
-
Leverage AI to strengthen communications strategies, boost productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices

Maintain an outcomes-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement across communication activities
-
Move seamlessly between strategic advisory work and hands-on execution, developing communications, supporting key initiatives, and delivering high-quality outputs
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience

Minimum of 2 years in Lead, Manager, or Coordinator roles
-
At least 1 year of experience leading a team of no fewer than 20 employees

Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand organizational priorities

Proven experience advising VP and C-level stakeholders

Solid background in strategic communications planning and consulting

Hands-on experience with change management and transformation communications

Executive presence with the capability to influence in complex matrix organizations

Ability to design and evolve communications strategies aligned with business needs

AI fluency, with the ability to leverage AI to strengthen communications strategies, improve productivity, and accelerate adoption

Outcomes-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach

Hands-on execution mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic advisory and delivery, developing communications, supporting key initiatives, and producing high-quality outputs

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English at an Advanced level (C1 or higher)
