One Janitorial is a fully remote commercial cleaning company operating across Canada and expanding into the United States. We're hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new opportunities — booking qualified appointments and opening doors with prospective clients.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and contacts to prospective clients
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence and a full pipeline
- Track every activity accurately in our CRM
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets

- Outbound-driven — you initiate contact and keep momentum after a "no"
- Persuasive on the phone and in writing
- Disciplined with pipeline and follow-up
- Coachable on script and process
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets
Compensation
- Plus commission and top performers can double their monthly earnings
- Paid in Canadian Dollars on the 15th and 30th of each month
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time
- Full-time, Contract

- Must have a reliable work from home set up
